Greg Belleny
Organizational Renewal & 2026 Strategic Direction
Greg Belleny is a retired Air Force Officer and U.S. Federal Government Civil Servant with over 40 years of experience in leadership development, team building, and program management. A graduate of the AALI Class of 2005–2006, Greg returned to the organization as President of the AALI-SA Alumni Association and now leads the institute's comprehensive renewal — rebuilding San Antonio's premier African American leadership development program back to full strength.
Greg brings PMP certification and degrees in Mathematics, Space Operations, and Engineering to a role that demands both strategic vision and operational discipline. Under his leadership in 2026, AALI-SA has reactivated its membership, launched new programming, and established key community partnerships.

Gerald Butler
Vice President
Membership Engagement & Youth Leadership Program
Gerald Butler is the Broker and Owner of Butler Realty, bringing over 30 years of experience in real estate, property management, sales, and marketing to his role as Vice President of AALI-SA. A graduate of the AALI Class of 2007, Gerald holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has been a driving force in expanding the organization's membership and community impact. He serves as the primary contact for the Youth Leadership Program.
2026 Focus: Growing AALI-SA's active membership base and leading the development of the Youth Leadership Program for San Antonio's next generation of African American leaders.

Gwendolyn T. Bolden
Treasurer
Website Relaunch & Financial Oversight
Gwendolyn T. Bolden is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in workforce development, education, and information systems. She currently serves as Executive Director with the Business Resource Center, where she specializes in program leadership, compliance, training, and employment services. As Treasurer of AALI-SA, Gwendolyn provides financial oversight and strategic guidance with a focus on accountability and organizational growth.
2026 Focus: Overseeing the launch of AALI-SA's new website and ensuring the financial infrastructure supports the organization's expanding programs and community commitments.
Linda Steele

Linda Steele brings a distinguished career in leadership and resource management developed through decades of service within the Department of Defense. Her roles demanded deep technical knowledge, analytical capability, and strategic leadership across a wide range of resource management functions. Linda's commitment to public service and organizational excellence makes her an invaluable anchor of AALI-SA's governance and operations.
2026 Focus: Co-leading AALI-SA's fundraising campaign to build the financial foundation that sustains our programs, events, and long-term community impact.
Tomeka Stansberry Pierce

Tomeka Stansberry Pierce is the Owner and COO of Level 1 AG, with over 20 years of experience specializing in operational excellence, Lean Six Sigma, and program delivery. She brings a powerful combination of strategy execution, organizational performance improvement, and donor-facing communications to her role on the AALI-SA executive committee — ensuring the organization operates with the discipline and intentionality its mission demands.
2026 Focus: Co-leading fundraising strategy and serving as a strategic advisor on donor communications, sponsorship development, and organizational performance.

Vince Pierce

Committee: Strategic Advisory
Vince Pierce is a senior executive with 35 years of progressive leadership, transformation, and innovation experience. Prior to consulting, he led strategy and transformation for three companies on two continents as a senior executive. He was a Managing Director and Partner at Accenture, leading performance excellence in the global BPO business, and has held multiple nonprofit board roles including Board Director of the Texas Tech University Research Park and Innovation Hub. Vince brings expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Fortune 500 acquisition integration, digital business transformation, and large-scale systems integration to his role supporting AALI-SA's strategic direction.

Joe D. Williams

Joe D. Williams is a native Texan from Corsicana who brings a distinguished record of public and private sector service to AALI-SA. He retired as a Master Sergeant after 21 years in the United States Air Force, then went on to complete an equally distinguished 21-year career with The Boeing Company. An AALI member since 2006, Joe currently serves on the AALI-SA Membership Committee, bringing his experience, network, and commitment to growing the organization's active membership base.

Ivan D. Speights, Sr.

Ivan D. Speights, Sr. is a retired U.S. Army Colonel who served 27 years on active duty, followed by 5 years in Federal Service as a Marketing Specialist and 2 years with the American Federation of Government Employees as a National Representative. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Ivan is a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. since 1986 and a graduate of Hampton University — a historically Black university — Class of 1987. He currently serves on AALI-SA's Digital Outreach Committee.

Otis "Scotty" Scott, Jr.

Otis L. "Scotty" Scott, Jr. is a semi-retired nonprofit and education executive who has dedicated his career to community leadership, youth development, and organizational service across San Antonio. He currently serves on the BRAINATION Board, ICARE SA Board, and Dominion Rotary Board, while also supporting the Master Leadership Program and AALI-SA. A published author and speaker, Scotty is completing his third book, From the Outhouse to the White House, which highlights resilience, purpose, and the power of lived experience. He serves on AALI-SA's Membership & Engagement Committee.
